Brand Templates — Canva kits, logo refresh, brand guides
Landing Pages — single scrolling pages for podcasts, events, or offers
Podcast Editing — up to 45-min episodes with intro/outro
Short Video Edits — up to 90-sec reels, promos, or story cuts
Creative Strategy — 30-min direction call or brand review

• Graphics & templates: 2–3 business days

• Web & brand: 3–5 business days

• Podcast edit: 3–4 business days

• Short video: 4–5 business days

• Strategy: 1–2 business days (summary follow-up)

Emergency Add-On: Need something tomorrow? +$150 for 24-hour turnaround.

Just so we’re clear — FlowHouse doesn’t cover:

🚫 On-site filming or photography
🚫 Branding from scratch (logo refreshes only)
🚫 Long-form video editing (over 90 seconds)
🚫 Web hosting or multi-page site builds
🚫 Stock licensing or music purchases
🚫 Full copywriting (beyond light edits)

If you’re not sure whether something qualifies — just ask!

FlowHouse Creative (“FlowHouse,” “we,” “me,” or “I”) provides ongoing creative services through a subscription-based model. By purchasing a subscription, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Service

FlowHouse provides ongoing creative support including, but not limited to:

• Graphic design

• Social media graphics

• Slide design

• Simple promotional video editing (under 90 seconds)

• Podcast editing (if included in your plan)

• Landing pages / simple web layout assistance

• Templates and brand assets

Not Included Unless Previously Agreed In Writing:

• Full website builds

• Filming or on-site production

• Long-form video editing

• Logo / brand identity development (unless requested as a full project)

• Strategy consulting beyond the designated sessions

• Copywriting or messaging development beyond light revisions

Additional work may be quoted separately.

2. Subscription Model

Your subscription includes:

• One (1) Active Request at a Time (Starter & Pro)

• Two (2) Active Requests at a Time (Premium)

• Requests are completed in the order they are received.

Once a request is completed and delivered, you may submit your next request.

3. Turnaround Times

Typical turnaround is 48–72 business hours per request.

More complex work may require additional time. Client will be notified if estimated completion time is longer.

Rush or same-day delivery is not guaranteed and may require an additional fee.

4. Communication

Requests must be submitted through the designated request form or portal.
Communication regarding revisions or clarification may occur via email or messaging.

Zoom calls or live collaboration are not included unless purchased as an add-on.

5. Revisions

Revisions are included within reason.

Revisions must relate to the original request.
A revision that changes strategy, direction, or scope may be considered a new request.

6. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to provide:

• Clear direction and detail

• Logos, brand assets, colors, fonts (if applicable)

• Text and messaging to be included

• Timely communication

Delays in providing materials may delay production.

7. Ownership + Licensing

Upon final delivery and payment, Client owns the final exported deliverables.

FlowHouse retains:

• The right to display work in portfolios, marketing, or promotional material.

• Ownership of working/source files (e.g., PSD, AI, AE, Figma), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Source files may be purchased for an additional fee.

8. Payment & Billing

Your subscription renews automatically on the schedule selected (monthly or annually).

Because this is a service-based subscription with time allocated each month:

All sales are final. No refunds. No partial refunds.

You may pause or cancel future billing at any time.
Access to services ends when a subscription is paused or canceled.

9. Pausing Your Subscription

You may pause your subscription at any time.
Paused time does not roll over or accrue.

Work stops during a pause.

10. Termination

FlowHouse reserves the right to terminate the subscription at any time for:

• Abusive or inappropriate communication

• Failure to pay

• Misuse of work

If FlowHouse terminates service, Client will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of the current billing cycle.

11. Liability

FlowHouse is not liable for:

• Lost revenue or sales

• Technical issues with platforms outside of our control

• Legal claims regarding content provided by the Client

Client is responsible for ensuring they have legal rights to any text, photos, or content submitted.

12. Agreement

By subscribing, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these terms

• You agree to abide by them
